RELIANCE TO BUY UP TO 67% STAKE IN JUSTDIAL

 Dependence Industries (RIL) on Friday reported that its retail arm Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) will procure a controlling stake (66.95%) in India's driving nearby web index stage Just Dial for Rs 3,497 crore. 

Dependence Retail will hold 40.95 percent and would make an open proposal to get up to 26 percent as per takeover guidelines. 

VSS Mani will proceed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to lead Just Dial through the following period of development, Reliance said in a stock trade recording.
